Diamondhead USA is a West Springfield, Massachusetts based corporation that manufactures and distributes advanced combat solutions for the tactical weapons industry. Currently, it specializes in accessories for the M4/AR15 platform and any weapon using the M1913 Picatinny Rail system.

Diamondhead USA is the exclusive licensee, manufacturer and marketer of the acclaimed Diamond-shaped aperture and Diamondhead™ Combat Sights. Inventor & Engineer, Dan Ballard is the originator of the Diamond-shaped aperture and has Patents issued and pending for these inventions.

The initial line of exclusive Diamondhead products comprises the Diamondhead Premium Series Front and Rear Combat Sight and the revolutionary Diamondhead “Auto-Ranger” Combat Sight™. The recently launched Diamondhead Lo-Pro Series, offers a “soft-lock" flip-up Front and Rear sight with an extremely low folded profile of just 0.395”. Expanding its line beyond iron sights, Diamondhead® has engineered a break-through vertical grip (Versa-Grip) and the Versa-View Tactical Mirror Sight... both products featuring the unique DLOC™ quick attach and adjustment system.

When Diamondhead USA was conceived, its initial goal was to design and build the preeminent Rear Combat Sight incorporating the (Pat. & Pat. Pend.) Diamond-shaped Aperture. During the process, designers and engineers painstakingly refined, re-designed and engineered a new and innovative rear sight base and upper housing, together with a complementary front sight. The combination of these sights offers a user the break-through Diamondhead® “fully integrated sighting system.”

The positive feedback received from OEM’s, Military & Law Enforcement units and civilians, indicates that Diamondhead USA has not just built a superlative Combat Sight (for its proprietary diamond-shaped aperture)... but has arguably built the best iron sights the tactical weapons industry has seen to date.

Realizing the popularity and familiarity many end users have with the classic round aperture and the corresponding front (HK style) housing, Diamondhead® is also offering its Premium and Lo-Pro Combat Sights in both the proprietary Diamond-shaped and the Classic configurations. Additionally, both models of Front Sights can be fitted with standard, Nite-Brite (Photoluminescent) or Tritium A2 style posts. The result: Combat Sights for every user preference and scenario.
