Diamondhead USA is at this year's SHOT Show in Las Vegas, 19-22 January. Our SHOT Show team is headed up by Diamondhead's founding partners, Dan Ballard and John DeLuca.
Diamondhead USA is launching several new items at the show including its "Lo-Pro" Series of Front and Rear Combat Sights and the revolutionary "Versa" Series, comprising the Versa-Grip and the Versa-View Tactical Mirror Kit. The Versa products feature the unique DLOC™ Quick Attach and Adjust System. Diamondhead's "Premium" Series of Front and Rear Combat Sights and the revolutionary Auto-Ranger Sight (with AR-BDC) have been refined and incorporate new design improvements and features.
The Front and Rear Combat Sights (of both the Premium and Lo-Pro series) when paired together in the proprietary Diamondhead (diamond-shaped) configuration, produce a fully integrated sighting system.
Both series of Diamondhead® sights
may be ordered in several alternative configurations, designed to suit personal preferences and type of application. Rear Sights are offered with the acclaimed (Pat. & Pat. Pend.) Diamond-shaped Apertures and also with the Classic (round) Apertures. Front Sights are offered with the proprietary (Pat. Pend.) Diamond-shaped upper housing or with the Classic (HK style) housing. All Front Sights may be ordered with either the Standard, Nite-Brite (Photoluminescent) or Tritium A2 sight posts.

Diamondhead-USA Launches Revolutionary Combat Sights for M4

Diamondhead-USA has launched a pair of Flip-Up Combat Sights for the M4/AR15 platform. The (Pat. Pend.) sights have been built exclusively to house the renowned, Patented Diamondhead™ aperture, designed by inventor, Dan Ballard in 2006. An improved version of the original diamond aperture is now offered with the Diamondhead Flip-Up Rear Combat Sight™. No other iron sight is equipped with the new, proprietary Diamondhead™ aperture. To complement Diamondhead's rear sight, a completely original flip-up front sight has been designed - uniquely recognizable by it's diamond-shaped upper housing.
The innovative theory behind Diamondhead's revolutionary concept is sure to improve the shooting performance of military, law enforcement and civilian users alike. Diamondhead's explanation… "The simple fact is that it is easier for your eye to find the exact center of a diamond than the exact center of a circle. We have made it even easier and quicker for the eye to find the exact center of a Diamondhead™rear sight’s aperture, by adding reference posts at the corners of the diamond. Additionally, the diamond-shaped housing of our front sight optimizes your focus and alignment on the front sight’s post for exactly the same reason”.
