SHIPPING & HANDLING
Diamondhead USA will make its best efforts to ship your order by the date given at the time you place your order with us. If there is a delay in shipping of over three business days, we will notify you by email. In general, we will ship your order by the shipping method you specify. Your shipping & handling charge will comprise the actual shpping costs plus a nominal charge for packing and handling.
Any Diamondhead® product purchased directly from Diamondhead USA may be returned within thirty (30) days for a full refund, not including any shipping charges. A Diamondhead® product purchased from another retailer is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
Any Diamondhead™ product that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product, will be repaired or replaced at no charge. The decision whether to repair or replace will be made by Diamondhead USA at the time the item is returned. Shipping and handling costs to Diamondhead USA are at the sole expense of the customer. The Warranty does not cover misuse of product or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
